A 75-year-old female patient presented with a history of progressive increasing knee joint pains for the past 6 years. Started first on the left side. later on, involved the right side. Initial diagnosis / Management is going on in consultation with an Orthopedic surgeon. Physiotherapy was going on too. She is taking Tibetan medicines too for the same for past 6 years. The patient and her son wish to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
Known Diabetic and Hypertensive – on medications

Stem cell therapy
Stem cells were infused through intra-articular, Intravenous, and Intramuscular routes.
The patient was clinically examined and thoroughly investigated and informed written consent taken. She was taken to OT for a Stem cell procedure. The patient was given I/v fluid and other supportive medication during the hospital stay. Dietary, Physiotherapy, Psychological & amp; Occupational Therapy Consult were taken during the course of the stay in the hospital. Post-procedure was uneventful. At the time of discharge, she is clinically stable.
