    Chief Complaint: Diabetes Mellitus with neuropathy with retinopathy.

    PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 35 years old female patient presented with a history of diabetes mellitus for 22 years and tingling/paresthesias in both lower limbs for 6 years. In March 2021 she had retinopathy/retinal detachment. Multiple surgeries were done for the same. Conservative/Medical management is going on. Currently, she is taking tab Metformin 1000mg/day, Tenglyn M once a day, Β and insulin.

    She and her husband wish to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
