    Chief complaint: Difficulty in walking, incoordination for 6 years

    Presenting Illness: A 38 years old female, with a history of progressive walking difficulty, in coordination while walking for the past 6 years. Incoordination in upper limbs slowness of speech for the past 1 year. Medical/ conservative management is going on in consultation with a neurologist in Iran. She is taking tab of Riluzole 50mg twice a day. Physiotherapy is going on at home. The patient and her father wish to undergo stem cell therapy for her problem.
