Chief complaint: The patient is a known case of retinitis pigmentosa since 2010. Difficulties in vision in both eyes started more prominently when she underwent her caesarean delivery in 2010. She started complaining of difficulty in bright light and also unable to get adapted to light vision. She has
c/o good vision in both eyes esp. while using glasses. But later on in 2017, she once again met with an accident, and the stress of the accident further worsen the vision in both eyes. She has got lack of central vision and peripheral vision as of now
Presenting Illness: A 42 years old male presented with a history of difficulties of vision in both eyes since 2010. A later stage of 25 to 35 years she developed difficulties in both eyes during nighttime/darkness. She has got a loss of vision in both eyes and unable to figure out objects for 5-6 yrs. Difficulties in vision in both eyes started more prominently when she underwent her caesarean delivery in 2010. She started complaining of difficulty in bright light and also unable to get adapted to light vision. She has c/o good vision in both eyes esp. while using glass. But later on in 2017, she once again met with an accident and the stress of the accident further worsen the vision in both eyes. Her central vision is completely affected with slightly good vision in the peripheral region. The patient’s overall health is good but her eyesight is not so good
