Chief complaint: c/o loss of vision in both eyes since January 2022. He is suffering from high intraocular pressure in both eyes since January 2022.
Presenting illness: A 76 years old male presented with history of raised intra-ocular pressure in both eyes since 2022, January. He has got a loss of vision in both eyes. Conservative medicinal treatment is going on. His son and daughter wish to undergo stem cell therapy for their father’s glaucoma problem.
