    chief complaint: c/o dimness of vision in both eyes with reading ability is still present, strong visual field restriction, problems in the dark, the left eye is better than the right eye, very sensitive to light.

    presenting illness: A 63 years old male patient with no known comorbidities but had a history of dimness of vision in both eyes since 1992 due to retinitis pigmentosa. c/o loss of vision is more prominently seen in left eye compared with right eye. He is unable to read and write. His vision is sensitive to light. Conservative medical treatment is going on. He wishes to undergo stem cell therapy for her problem.
