    CHIEF COMPLAINT: Patient is known case of retinitis Pigmentosa since last 4 yrs.

    Difficulties in vision in both eyes started more prominently since her schooling/childhood. She had night blindness since her childhood. She started complaining of difficulty in dark light and also unable to get adapted in dark vision. She has c/o side vision but her central vision is good as of now. She has good vision in her right eye but vision is more affected in left eye. She has got Lack off side vision and central vision is better as of now. In 2019, she has been diagnosed as Retinitis Pigmentosa for which there is No cure or standard care of Rx available in the World as on today. She has also been explained about experimental nature of stem cell therapy where we use umbilical cord tissue derived MSCs & Exosomes GFCs. Now patient & her son wishes to undergo for this experimental stem cell therapy for her RP, problem of vision in her both eyes. She has been explained well in her own language about the experimental nature of the stem cell therapy. She has voluntarily agreed & signed β€œinformed consent” for the experimental stem cell

    Β PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 44 years old female presented with history of difficulties of vision in both eyes since 2019. Later stage of age, she developed difficulties in both eyes during night time/darkness. She has got loss of vision in both eyes and unable to figure out object since 3-4 yrs. Difficulties in vision in both eyes started more prominently since 2019. She started complaining of difficulty in dark light and also unable to get adapted in night vision. Her side vision is completely affected with slight good vision in central region. Patient’s overall health is good but her eyesight is not so good.
