PRESENTING ILLNESS: 77 years old male patient presented with history of glaucoma left eye for 30 years , chronic low back pain for 15 years , memory loss for 4 years .He has taken consults with Physicians / Ophthalmologist in China. Medical management is going on in China . Currently he is taking medication everyday . Patient & his wife wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem.
PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: Not a known Diabetic or hypertensive
