PRESENTING ILLNESS: 75 years old female patient presented with history of progressive increasing knee joint pains for past 6 years. Started first in left side. later on involved right side . Initial diagnosis / Management is going on in consultation with Orthopedic surgeon . Physiotherapy was going on too . She is taking Tibetan medicines too for the same for past 6 years . Patient and her son wish to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
