PRESENTING ILLNESS: 49 years old male patient presented with history of hypertension for past 5 years. He had brain stroke in 2023 . Bilateral basifrontal and bilateral Putamen areas were affected. Mri of orbits showed bilateral optic nerve atrophy. Currently Medical management & physiotherapy is going on in Kenya. He and his wife wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem.
