PRESENTING ILLNESS: 47 years old female patient presented with history of reduction in Intellectual performan forgetfulness, slowness at doing things over past 4 years. She had taken consults with Physician, Psychiatrist, Psychologist in UAE. Psychotherapy was given for 6 months in 2023. Medical management is going on in UAE. Currently she is taking Inj Genotropin everyday.
Patient wishes to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
