Presenting Illness: A 65 years old female patient presented with the history of gradually progressive slowness while walking for past 4 years, freezing of feet while walking/ turning for past 3  months, tiredness while speaking for past 1 month. Currently, she is able to walk at home with support. She was seen by and treated at Artemis hospital, Gurgaon by neurologist dr. sumit singh. Medical management, physiotherapy & gait training is going on. Currently she is taking tab levodopa/carbidopa/amantadine/ropinirole/paroxetine. Patient her husband wish to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
