    Presenting Illness: A 62 year old male patient, Known case of Parkinson’s disease for 20 years presented with history of progressive slowness and stiffness while walking, tremors, speech disturbance. Multiple consultations by neurologists and neurosurgeons taken. Currently, he is being seen and treated  by a neurologist at RML hospital, Lucknow. Conservative/medical management is going on. Currently, he is taking tab syndopa plus/tab safinamide/tab amantadine. Patient, his son and relative wish to go for stem cell therapy for his disease.
