PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 43 year old male patient presented with a history of quadriplegia post-viral encephalitis. His medical management was done at Fortis, Max, IBS hospital. A Vagal nerve stimulator was implanted in 2020. Stem cell treatment was done at Neurogen hospital in Jan 2022. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy was done in Jan/Feb 2022. Medical management & physiotherapy is going on. His wife and relatives wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem again.
