PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 4.5 years old male child, known case of cerebral palsy with psychomotor retardation with seizures. He was born at 38 week by caesarean section. MRI done showed cerebral atrophy and hypomyelination of white matter. Currently, medical management is going on. He has been under going physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy with gradual improvement. His seizures are much better controlled now compared to before. His parents wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem.
