    CHIEF COMPLAINT: Patient is known case of congenital chorioretinitis Toxoplasma since his childhood. He has c/o diminished vision in both eyes since childhood (LE>RE). He has No other ocular complaints. During sunlight, light adaptation was difficult. Lack of central vision but peripheral vision is also affected as of now. Due to dimness of vision he has inability to read, glare at strong light.

    PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 23 years old male presented with history of diminished vision in both eyes since age of childhood. He has h/o glasses since last 17 yrs. No h/o ocular/head injury. No surgical procedures done in both eyes till date. His central vision is decreased with slight good vision in peripheral region. Patient’s overall health is good but his eyesight is not so good.
