    Chief complaint: Pain in the right knee joint for 6 years.

    Presenting illness: A 59-year-old male, with a history of pain in the right knee joint for 6 years medical management is going on in consultation with the Orthopedic surgeon in Toronto.Β Β  Physiotherapy is going on a regular basis. He had a brain stroke in October 2021. Medical management was done for the same. Currently, he is taking pravastatin, Perindopril, Clopidogrel, and ASA. The Patient Wishes to undergo stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord derived MSCs) for his problem.
