A Patient has advanced glaucoma intermittent vision to no vision, headaches, and receding gums.

c/o headaches, blurred vision, no sight in right eye, small vision in left eye

A 78 year old patient with glaucoma, gum disease, erectile dysfunction, Anti- Aging, knee & back pain. He has no congenital conditions.  receding gum is the only chronic condition he has been managing over the past 25 years through consciousness cleaning, mouth wash, and sometime a regimen of antibiotics. He has a full set of natural teeth with troublesome shaky implant.

Apart from the stated eye drop for glaucoma and headache tablets, he takes no other medication or over the counter medication.

c/o erectile dysfunction has been seen in the past year. He remains cool calm, and goes to a local spa for massage for ease and improved circulation.

Back pain that he manage through visit to a chiropractor, and now with deep heat (a salve)
