    Chief Complaint: Bilateral dimness of vision due to cyanide/ methanol intoxication in 1996. Sudden onset with dimness of vision in both eyes.

    PRESENTING ILLNESS: A 50 years old female presented with history of loss of vision since 1996 and this has caused due to accidental consumption of cyanide/methanol poison. c/o loss of vision following cyanide/methanol intoxication in 1996. Conservative medicinal treatment is done. She wishes to undergo stem cell therapy for her problem.
