Stem cells dwell in adult bone marrow and fat, as well as other tissues and organs of the body. These cells have a natural aptitude to repair impaired tissue; however in folks with degenerative diseases they are not released speedily enough to fully repair impaired tissue. In the case of fat stem cells, they might not be released at all. The procedure of actively extracting, concentrating and administering these stem cells has been shown in clinical trials to have advantageous effects in degenerative conditions. Few patients have access to clinical trials. We offer patients an access to these therapies now. Stem cell treatments are not covered by insurance till now.

Adult Stem Cells

Adult stem cells can be extracted from several areas of the body, including the bone marrow, fat and peripheral blood. Once the cells have been reaped, they are sent to the lab where they are purified and evaluated for quality before being restored back in the patient. Since the stem cells come from the patient there is no likelihood for rejection. Stem Cell Care India supports the use of auto logous (your own) stem cells as they have no ethical or moral problems and pose no probability for rejection. Stem cells isolated from the bone marrow or fat have the aptitude to become diverse cell types (i.e. nerve cells, liver cells, heart cells and cartilage cells). Studies have also shown that these are adept of homing to and renovating impaired tissue. Animal studies have shown that these stem cells also secrete proteins and peptides that arouse healing of impaired tissue, including heart muscle and spinal cord.

Human Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HUCT-MSC)

Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells live in the umbilical cords of newborn babies. HUCT-MSC stem cells, like all post-natal cells, are “adult” stem cells. The Stem Cell Care India uses cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells that are detached from the umbilical cord tissue. For certain symptoms, these cells are stretched into greater numbers at laboratory under very strict, globally recognized guidelines. Amid many other things, mesenchymal stem cells from the umbilical cord tissue are recognized to help lessen inflammation, modulate the immune system and secrete components that help the central nervous system to rejuvenate.

Bone marrow stem cells

The bone marrow stem cell is the most studied of the stem cells, since it was first revealed to in the 1960s. Originally used in bone marrow transplant for leukemias and hematopoietic sicknesses, numerous studies have now expanded experimental use of these cells for conditions such as peripheral vascular disease, diabetes, heart failure and other degenerative ailments. At stem cell institute, we use sanitized autologous (patient’s own) mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow in our spinal cord injury protocol accompanied by umbilical cord tissue mesenchymal stem cells.

Adipose (fat) Stem Cells

Fat stem cells are fundamentally sequestered and are not available to the rest of the body for repair or immune modulation. Fat derived stem cells have been used for efficacious treatment of companion animals and horses with bone and joint injuries for the last 10 years with positive outcomes. Experimental studies recommend fat derived stem cells not only can develop into new tissues but also suppress pathological immune responses as seen in autoimmune ailments. Along with orthopedic conditions, Stem Cell Care India pioneered treating patients with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune ailments using fat derived stem cells.  However, we no longer use a patient’s own stem cells from fat because we have found that mesenchymal stem cells from umbilical cord tissue are better.
