Weakness in both lower limbs for the past 11 years, weakness in upper limbs primarily in the left upper limb for the past 2 years
46-years-old male, with a history of progressive weakness in lower and upper limbs. Started first in the lower limbs. Progressive weakness. He is not able to walk for the past 3 years. He is wheelchair bound for the past 3 years. Upper limb involvement started 2 years back primarily on the left side Medical / Conservative management is going on in consultation with Neurologists in Montreal, Canada. He is taking Injections Ocrevus every 6 months. The patient and his wife (Mrs.Baljinder Kaur Lally) wish to undergo Stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord-derived MSCs) for his problem.

Stem cell therapy
Stem cells were infused through Intrathecal, Intravenous & Intramuscular routes.
The patient was clinically examined and thoroughly investigated and informed written consent taken. He was taken to OT for a Stem cell procedure. The patient was given I/V fluid and other supportive medication during the hospital stay. Post-procedure was uneventful (no headache or vomiting). Dietary, Psychotherapy & Occupational therapy consults was taken during the course of stay in the hospital. At the time of discharge, he is clinically stable.
