    DIAGNOSIS:

    Chronic Kidney Disease with Hypertension

    CHIEF COMPLAINT:

    c/o breathlessness. K/c/o ILD. Raised blood sugar level. The patient came in emergency with Breathlessness and BSL random was 330gm/dl. Advised emergency hospitalization for further Rx and management.

    PRESENTING ILLNESS:

    A 58-year-old male, with a history of ILD and DM type II and it is gradually increasing on and OFF till date. Conservative treatment is going on. We explained to him and his family relatives about Regenerative medicine therapy and they were willing to undergo regenerative medicine therapy for his current problem.

    PAST MEDICAL HISTORY:

    He had h/o Breathlessness along with ILD and DM type II. Taking medication for both the complaints. He was put on Methylprednisolone 40 initially and then tapered to 10mg. now stopped methylpred and taking the rest of medications daily.

    FAMILY HISTORY:

    NAD

    PLAN OF ACTION:

    – REGENERATIVE MEDICINE THERAPY
    – NEBULISATION WITH L-PRP GF POWDER
    – Placental-derived GFs

    OPERATION UNDERTAKEN / PROCEDURE:

    1. Stem cells of regenerative medicine to be given through intravenous routes
    2. Nebulisation c L-PRP powder G.F concentrate.
    3. Placental-derived GFs intramuscular injections
    4. MVI injection

    IN THE COURSE OF HOSPITAL AND COMPLICATION IF ANY:

    The patient was clinically examined and thoroughly investigated, medicine opinion taken, and informed written consent taken. He was taken to OT for a Regenerative Medicine Therapy procedure. The patient was given an I/v antibiotics Injection Taxim1mg, Injection. MVI twice, tab. Paracetamol (SOS), I/V fluid with other supportive measurements during the hospital stay. Post-procedure was uneventful (no headache or vomiting). At the time of discharge, he is clinically stable.
