66 years old male patient presented with a history of recurrent falls for 5 years, and gradual difficulty in speaking for the past 1 year. Speech output is not there for 1.5 months. He was diagnosed to be suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was seen by multiple Neurologists in Kolkata and at CMC Vellore. Conservative / Medical management is going on in consultation with a Neurologist in Kolkata. Currently, he is taking Tab levodopa, Bensarazide, Amantadine & other medications every day. He, his wife (Mrs. Bala Devi Singh), and his sister (Mrs. Pushpa Singh) wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy)

Stem cell therapy
Stem cells were infused through Intrathecal, Intravenous & Intramuscular routes.
The patient was clinically examined and thoroughly investigated and informed written consent was taken. He was taken to OT for a Stem cell procedure. The patient was given I/v fluid and other supportive medication during the hospital stay. Dietary Consultation, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy & Speech therapy Consultation was during the course of stay in the hospital. Post-procedure was uneventful (no headache or vomiting). At the time of discharge, he is clinically stable.
