Weakness in both lower limbs for the past 20 years
A 68-year-old female with a history of progressive weakness in both lower limbs, and incoordination while walking for the past 20 years. Urinary bladder disturbance for the past 15 years. She is being managed by Neurologist in Switzerland. She is undergoing Conservative management and physiotherapy in Switzerland. She underwent peptide treatment in St.Petersburg in 2021 & Stem cell treatment in India in May 2023. The patient and her husband (Mr.Philipp Bosshart) wish her to undergo Stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord-derived MSCs) along with Exosomes for her problem again.

Stem cell therapy
Stem cells were infused through Intrathecal, Intravenous, and Intramuscular routes.
The patient was clinically examined and thoroughly investigated and informed written consent taken. She was taken to OT for a Stem cell procedure. The patient was given 1/v fluid and other supportive medication during the hospital stay. Post-procedure was uneventful. Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Psychology, therapy, and Dietary Consultation were taken during the course of the stay in the hospital. At the time of discharge, she is clinically stable.
