UK based 23-year-old Milley was detected with autism since she was 4-years-old. Over time, she lost social communication and became practically mute. The solitary way she could communicate with her family was via signs and activities. By the time she was brought to India at SCCI, in addition to autism and epilepsy she also had severe obsessive compulsive disorder and violence. Her family approached lots of doctors in UK and USA but none of them was ready to carry out a surgery on her. Then, they decided to implement stem cell treatment for autism on her. After the treatment, her condition amended by leaps and bounds. Her violence is under control and she has progressively started to participate in social interactions too.
